President Office

Manage school affairs; nurture outstanding and competitive future elites with a vision; emphasize on the reinforcement of the foundation education curriculum.

校長室:

統籌領導學校事務;培養具有遠見卓識的優秀未來人才;強調加強推動基礎教育課程。


Educational Affairs Section

  • Compile annual school development plan.
  • Set up school administrative rules and regulations.
  • Arrange school curriculum.
  • Handle the selection of substitute teachers.
  • Recognize outstanding teachers and recommend candidates for the Teaching Excellence Award and Teaching Honor List.
  • Organize educational practicum for practice teachers.
  • Organize teacher training programs.
  • Handle student registration matters and students’ grades.
  • Administer maintenance of books and teaching equipment.

教務處:

•編制年度校務發展計劃。

•制定學校管理規章制度。

•安排學校課程。

•安排處理代課教師事宜。

•認可優秀教師,並推薦優秀教學獎和教學榮譽榜的候選人選。

•為實習教師安排教育實習。

•安排教師培訓計劃。

•處理學生成績及註冊事宜。

•管理書籍和教學設備的維護。

Student Affairs Section

  • Formulate plans and regulations concerning student affairs.
  • Manage various kinds student affair issues.
  • Deal with any occasional incidents.
  • Organize safety supervision duties.
  • Arrange student extracurricular activities.
  • Organize athletic activities for the school.
  • Promote and supervise campus sanitation.
  • Arrange health checkup for members in school.

學務處:

•制定有關學生事務的計劃和規章。

•管理各種學生事務。

•處理任何偶然事件。

•組織安全監督職責。

•安排學生課外活動。

•為學生安排體育活動。

•促進和監督校園衛生。

•為學校教職員工安排健康檢查。

General Affairs Section

  • Compile mid- and long-term school development plan.
  • Formulate all the rules concerning general affairs.
  • Organize school building repair, maintenance and any relevant issues.
  • Deal with property procurement, registration and repair.
  • Take charge of water and electric utility and maintain campus environment.
  • Handle the affairs concerning payment and fee collection.
  • Handle the affairs concerning staff salaries insurance.

總務處:

•編制中長期學校發展計劃。

•制定有關總務的所有章程。

•安排校舍維修,保養及任何相關問題。

•處理財產的採購,登記和維修。

•負責水電設施並維護校園環境。

•處理有關付款和收費的事務。

•處理員工薪資及相關保險事務。

Counseling Office

  • Set up counseling work plan and convene counseling meeting.
  • Promote various kinds of counseling services.
  • Search for social resources to support school affairs.
  • Organize home visit and parent-teacher conference.
  • Handle the affairs concerning volunteer workers.
  • File and manage student counseling information.
  • Trace dropout students and help them to return to school.
  • Organize parental education and offer counseling service for further studies.
  • Formulate special education courses and teaching activities.

輔導室:

•制定諮詢工作計劃並召開諮詢會議。

•推動各項諮詢服務。

•尋找社會資源來支持學校事務。

•安排家訪和家長親師會。

•處理與志願服務人員有關的事務。

•歸檔和管理學生輔導訊息。

•追踪輟學的學生,並幫助他們重返學校。

•安排家庭教育並提供家長進一步學習的諮詢服務。

•制定特殊教育課程和教學活動。

Accounting Office

  • Based on the request and need of each section and office as well as the Budget Act and the regulation stipulated in the Taichung City General Budget Compilation Manual, prepare school budget and handle distribution budget affairs.
  • Prepare semi-annual balance statement and general financial statement.
  • Based on the Accounting Act and Internal Auditing Standards, control budget execution and manage internal auditing affairs.
  • Supervise the procurement affairs.
  • Based on transactions and original certificates, prepare accounting vouchers and payment vouchers in order to spend the budget; compile monthly financial statements.
  • Organize, bind and take care of various kinds of vouchers, financial statements and forms.

會計室:

•根據各部門和辦公室的要求和需要,以及《預算法》和《台中市總預算編制 手冊》中的規定,準備學校預算並處理分配預算事務。

•準備半年度資產負債表和一般財務報表。

•根據《會計法》和《內部審計準則》,控制預算執行並管理內部審計事務。

•監督採購事務。

•根據交易和原始憑證,準備會計和付款的相關憑證;編制每月財務報表及預算支出費用。

•安排,綁定和處理運用各種憑證,財務報表和格式。

Personnel Office

  • Manage the affairs concerning organizational structure, faculty and staff selection, employment, dismissal, compensation, promotion and transfer.
  • Issue certificate of appointment for full-time and part-time teachers.
  • Manage the affairs concerning leave or absence of the faculty and staff, their going abroad and pursuing further studies.
  • Manage the affairs concerning faculty and staff performance appraisal, reward and punishment.
  • Manage and review the affairs concerning faculty and staff salaries, fringe benefits and various kinds of compensation applications.
  • Manage the affairs concerning faculty and staff retirement, indemnity and dismissal allowance.
  • Organize entertainment activities for the faculty and staff.
  • Handle the applications for service medal and reward for excellent senior teachers.
  • Handle general administrative affairs for the Teacher Evaluation Committee.

人事室:

  • 管理與組織人事業務結構,教職員工的任免核薪,考核獎懲、訓練進修,晉升和調動有關的事務。

  •頒發專職和兼職教師的聘書。

  •管理有關教職員工休假,出國和進修深造的事務。

  •管理有關教職員工績效評估,獎懲的事務。

  •管理和審查有關教職員工薪資,包含福利和各種補償申請的事務。

  •處理有關教職員工退休,賠償和差勤管理、福利待遇、退休撫卹等事務。

  •為教職員工安排娛樂活動。

  •處理申請服務獎章和獎勵優秀教師的申請。

  •處理教師評估委員會的一般行政事務。


Kindergarten

  • Organize recruitment issues for the kindergarten.
  • Set up preschool education implementation plan.
  • Convene the meeting for kindergarten affairs.

幼兒園

•為幼兒園組織招聘事宜。

•制定學前教育實施計劃。

•召開幼兒園事務會議。
